Our proposal was awarded the 3rd Prize in Architectural Competition, 2008
as a team with Maraveas & Associates
The competition is about the restoration of the old 1902 distillery. The factory was initially located outside the city limits, in order to be close to the sea. The museum complex plot has an area of 7,400 sq.m. The total coverage of the museum complex is 3,100 sq.m., leaving 4,300 sq.m. free space. To the southwest of the listed building and in parallel with it. A modern 1,500 sq.m. building has been proposed to be attached to the listed building housing the administration offices, workshops and maintenance areas.
